ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

1. PARKING- There are several garages and lots within 1-2 blocks of the venue. There is also a limited amount of street parking available, wherever you can find it. 

2. FOOD- We will provide an assortment of healthy snacks and lots of water for everyone, throughout the weekend. We will do our best to provide an assortment that covers several allergies and sensitivities, and we will try to save labels so you can read the ingredients yourself to be safe. We always recommend that anyone who has food allergies/preferences/sentistivies bring their own food with them to be sure everyone is covered!

3. SATURDAY NIGHT DINNER: We will be placing two orders for dinner, to be delivered as close to 5pm as possible. If you're interested in ordering food and staying with us from 5-7, we're happy to place an order for you. We will be ordering from Hattie B's, which is a well known local hot chicken chain and Mellow Mushroom which has several assorted options, including several vegan and vegetarian items. Please email your exact and specific order to Kirsten no later than Thursday, November 9th. You can find menus here:

4. BACKING TRACK FOR SHOWCASE: If you're using a backing track for your Saturday evening performance, you must email that to us at [email protected] ahead of time. Please get us those tracks NO LATER THAN THURSDAY 11/9. If you're deciding between 2 tracks, send both. 

5. LIVESTREAMING: No, we will not be live-streaming the showcase. This is a private event for the artists who are in the room. Recording of your performance by a friend or guest who's with us is highly encouraged!
